Clash of the Titans.

The New England Patriots suck! Discuss.

Clash of the Titans.

Post by Reservoir_Dog »

I honestly can't remember the last time I was looking forward to a regular season NFL game more than I'm looking forward to this week's tilt between the Pats and Green Bay!
This should be an epic game!
I honestly don't think any team in the NFL is currently playing at a higher level than New England ... but Aaron Rodgers is playing at an insane level and Green Bay is gelling at just the right time.
Oh, and the game is in Green Bay!

This could be one for the ages!

agree, Res. The family has been informed that I am working like a dog to create a killer Thanksgiving Day spectacular,
but that I am watching football and eating leftovers for the next 3 days after, and am NOT to be disturbed during
the Pats-Packers game. By rights, this should be the Super Bowl preview game.

then again, I thought Cincy and Denver were going to be close, too. ;)

I've been looking at this game rather closely and I think I've discovered the weakness that will turn the game.

Sorry Slick, but I'm taking the Packers.

You watch, Rodgers is going to throw at Alfonzo Dennard all day!
Dennard is the weak link. I think he's gonna get torched!

no one got torched, really. Gawd, that was a hard-hitting, well played(very few penalties, no fumbles, no picks) battle between the two clearly best teams in the NFL. On to the Super Bowl!

By the way Res, did watching this epic cut into your Grey Cup viewing?

Nope.
Chipz is a Ti-Cats fan so she watched it. I was in the other room watching Aaron Rodgers win another MVP.
