How is it that a French satellite can find this and an American one can't?
My guess is American satellites are too busy.....watching Americans.

I didn't need to read the article to figure that it wasn't a satellite but binoculars.
The US are so obsessed to get men out of the loop that they is not using binoculars anymore & it shows.

I just figured it was a French satellite that was supposed to be trained upon North Africa, but misaligned.
