seriously, though, I was sort of surprised when I actually noticed the Can/US exchange rate the other day. There was a big horse race at Mohawk, and this guy downstate had his horse in it. The race entry list had the purse of can$1,000,000, and in parentheses, USD$810,000. Geez, is it our money or yours doing this?

nic, I avoid 'blame' when the reality is my nation's currency is by far the strongest on the planet. I'll live with that, whoever gets the credit. Now, I'll sit and wait while you dolts figure out that clusterfuck you've gotten into with Greece. Extra ironic, because about 60 years ago, Greece and some others wrote off Germany's huge debt, but now that the shoe is on the other foot......
