I'm not a fascist or a communist. (they're two different things, ya know) I'm actually a rather unabashed centrist.
I live in a country that has 4 major political parties.
I've never had a President, let alone one named Truman. We Canadians have something called a Prime Minister.
I certainly don't have to go as far back as the American Civil War in order to try to validate an opinion.

And your continued use of the term "We The People" clearly shows your total ignorance toward what that term really means in the context of how your founding fathers used it and intended it to be taken.
