Man celebrates birthday every year by giving out $5
Bob Blackley spent his 59th birthday standing on the corner of an intersection in Winston-Salem giving out $5 bills.
He's been doing it for three years now. First, it was $700, then $750, and now $800. That's a $5 bill for 160 people.
On Thursday, Blackley was at the corner of Silas Creek and Peters Creek Parkways with a cardboard sign that reads, "I have a job. I have a home. Could you use an extra $5?"
