I have been retired for the last ten years...I owned and flew my own airplane for several years....I resided at a private airport for the first four years...flew a lot around West Texas. The FLDS compound was only a short distance away from me...was very interesting watching them build it from the air. I never flew over it...just around the perimeter at about 500-600 feet...and took lots of pictures... They were some dangerous folks and their compound was built in a "fortification" scheme.
