You had an opportunity to post section 501c...you accused everybody here of being to "stupid/ignorant" to understand it.
You then chose to explain it in yer own inept words....cherry picked, at that.

Why are you ignoring this?
" Seventeen percent of the groups targeted for extra scrutiny may have been left-leaning, but when it came to actual audits, 100 percent of the targets were conservative. Despite that track record, the official line from Democrats remains that what happened at the IRS was neither corrupt nor politically motivated, but rather the result of unclear rules Team Obama is now in the process of rewriting."

Well?

as I wrote, twice, in plain English, the conservative groups saw and jumped on the loophole first. The rest about worse treatment is, at best, speculation.

OK, Pud, for your amusement--Here is section 3 of 501(c), in which tax exempt eligibility is defined BY LAW. Any deviation has been only by the whim of Presidential lawyers since it was written.

(3) Corporations, and any community chest, fund, or foundation, organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literary, or educational purposes, or to foster national or international amateur sports competition (but only if no part of its activities involve the provision of athletic facilities or equipment), or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual, .no substantial part of the activities of which is carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting, to influence legislation (except as otherwise provided in subsection (h)), and which does not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office

I highlighted the key parts of the section in relation to Tea Party groups, or for that matter, Progressive groups.....

Care to tell me what part of this allows any political action committee or group to claim exemption?

I do indeed laugh at you. When I read your lies and distortions
I laugh harder than watching a re-run of Animal House.

Yes, you are the laughing stock of the internet.

I never laughed harder than when I spotted the post that I use as my sig.

Nice of you to mention "subsection (h)" and then not post it. Some folks might think yer cherry picking and not posting the real proof.
Sorta like yer relying on "Any deviation has been only by the whim of Presidential lawyers since it was written." as the grease on what you chose to pose... ;)
