That fairly accurately portrays the many times I've witnessed a taser being used.
They are damn near worthless in most situations and are a danger to the officer.
Memorable to me is a time...in the past...where the dude, built like Mike Tyson, except a little bigger....took three taser hits from two different tasers.......and just stood there shaking his fists and cursing...his chest was lit up like a christmas tree....I had to knock him on his ass and use two sets of handcuffs to restrain him....his arms wouldn't "stretch" enough for one pair....
So, the hell with tasers....a sap is a hell of a lot more effective, used correctly....
