Canadians caring for the elderly

Post by Darkhorse »

Now we have demonstrable evidence that if you try to lead from behind, eventually the guys up front will stop looking back for instructions.
Government-coerced expression is a feature of dictatorships that has no place in a free country

Well...the best I can remark to that?
It's free and it's despicable.

I'm passing on the obvious cheap shot...

Howdy Darkhorse and Merry Christmas to you and yours. :)

Don't take the paper.
Don't watch the news...it takes to much time and I don't like to wait for it.

something for which your neighbors are eternally grateful, no doubt.
Don't take the paper.

well, if you are unaware of the widespread plight of the elderly with various forms of dementia in THIS country(not isolated stories), you aren't comprehending much that you encounter. No shock there.........

oh, and the only thing you have EVER spanked while posting here is your monkey. Still at that, I see.

I'm trying to refrain from spanking R_D that much....lately it seems to have stunted his emotional growth.

Now on the dementia thingy....Just had to place my Dad in an Alzheimer home in the last month.
My Mother....ain't far off from the same. I professionally spent nearly thirty years helping mentally disabled folks. There a lots of them in the fourth largest city. Though, after hanging around here for years....I've "come" to know more.

I will say this...just cuz it's obvious to others and oblivious to both of you....your only contribution here in the last couple of years? Is emotional fertilizer and insults. That's ok by me....cuz, that's all you got.
