Damned that's fucked up!

I can only agree with pudfark... have this thing erased from her file completely or it may hurt her in the long run.

I also have a meaningful interest in the outcome of this situation....I realize it will take awhile for the event to be adjudicated and or handled....your daughters future is far more important than any of the "usual" jousting that we all partake of here..... I do hope that all ends well for her and your family.

Update:

My wife met with the Principle while I was at work. here's the result. the Principle gave my wife a transcript of the facebook page that my daughter and her friends posted to. which I have since read  after my wife stopped laughing she was told that they will NOT be reporting my daughter, but did warn my wife against this type of conduct for the future and how it's "dangerous" so there will be no further action there.

On the teacher its a different story. apparently the faculty had been warned before the school year to not have ANY interaction Via facebook or any other social netwroking sight with any students. so the teacher will be getting a formal repremand in her file about this conduct. and the appropriate if it happens again speach.

Good thing for them I didnt need to go down there ;) :D

Thx for the support Gents.

I'm glad it's settled but how cool would it have been if you'd have had to go down there yourself? :D

perfect ending!! Lesson learned for the kid, no real harm and the teacher gets a solid kick in the ass!
Great news, Cuda!
