A Complete Waste of Space

Come thursday i will be clocking over the 2 months of annual leave banked up i need a life ffs

You get 2 months off per year? Holy shit! My boss has a stroke if I put in for 2 weeks!

I was up to 8 weeks when I retired. Now, of course, I'm retired. 52 weeks leave. Sad that life doesn't let me relax more......

No we arent Euro levels of annula leave...yet we get 4 weeks a year just been busy and havent really taken much, do they accumulate for you guys or are they a use them or loose them type situation

They can accumulate if you're in a union.
I'm not, so it's a use them or loose them situation for me. I have 30 years experience and I run my department with a free hand. Nobody bothers us because we get shit done. I can literally go weeks without speaking to the guys who own the joint.
But they sure as Hell shit their pants every time I put in for some holidays!
