sadly, Nic, I think critical thinking is becoming a Lost Art in the bulk of the Western World
(not to say that about rest of the planet, but not enough access to that to judge).

see, Nic. Find me a shred of critical thought in Slappy, above. The Western world is full of same, people unwilling, unable or otherwise to disengaged to compare, contrast, look to the past, re-think and think for themselves. I might question, Nic, some of the things you ponder or many of your current conclusions, but at least you've shown me the willingness to read and ponder. You're among the few, there.
