I have to stop thieves from stealing in my shop a couple times every day.
Cops show up eventually once in a while when we call them. (I've seen them come once in a few tries). Then they talk to the dude and they let them leave.
Police state yeah, but if you're a thief you're quite okay. No wonder since we're run by them.
