This weirdo had made threats, posted his fantasy plans on Youtube and Facebook.
His parents aparantly called the police on him and they only checked to see if
he was ok. Sumptin wong here.
Gun controls failed, knife controls failed..... NOT.
the system failed. Serious failure of the system in the face of public death threats.
His parents calls went un answered or were mishandled...
Ban guns?
The creep did quite well with a knife as well. I can not see us banning knives.

One dimensional, shallow thinking in the extreme.
But that's to be expected from you.

At my corner of the globe, the "reasoning" is going towards this: illegal weapons should be made to be against the law!
And, to further the cause, there shall be more laws for restricting the legal ownership.
I don't own any firearms, nor have a use for them. But as things are developing towards worrysome direction, maybe a doublebarrel would be in order.

Well Juha....?
A "doublebarrel" is good if ya want to defend yourself.
A "singlebarrel" is good if ya want a quick way out of suffering.
I'm a Texan, so please temper my remarks above, with that in mind.
I believe, that I understand what you are saying.
It seems "world wide"...that governments are holding themselves out to the people....as being a more responsible/accountable and far more enlightened...than the folks they supposedly represent. I know that is the case, now, in America. You know, the world knows it too. Malfeasance/Corruption/Lying and Cover ups have replaced the rule of law here. I hope, it's different in Germany. My great grandfather was German and many of his values, have been passed on from generation to generation and I in turn have passed them on to my children and grandchildren.
So, get a "doublebarrel"...because...there's no "hope" in a "singlebarrel".
Old Pudfark sez: " Should ya ever get a pistol? Stay away from a "nein" millimeter

Get a bigger one. "

Well Pud,
I might reside in Germany, but I'm a Finn (just to clarify any confusion). And more I follow how things are developing at F-land, less I have to move back.
Maybe the country should change its' name to F'Up-land.
But, I'm not too happy how things are developing, even in Germany. Although, the progress is "better" here than in Nordic countries.

You are a Finnlander!
That is a great nation.
You must be aware of why so many Finnlanders drive drunk?
