where is Britain 'down'? It's freaking probate law. You can(or should be able to)put any damn stipulation upon your will that you please.
For instance, my will negates all trust benefits to anyone who gives one cent(actually listed in will as $0.01) to a certain individual, for any reason.

it would be funny, if it happened so much as once. The only person who feels so is you, and your wife Ben(Slappy). That doesn't count. Speaking of getting spanked, you don't even have the cajones to save up a buck a day to wager for the benefit of fallen troops and stand behind your empty words? Sad.
