Res, what's up with Toronto's mayor?

That had to be the best excuse for bad behavior(getting caught, on video, smoking crack) I've ever heard:" I did it in one of my drunken stupors"
The implication is that drunken stupors are some sort of routine thing for the mayor of the 4th largest city in North America. And, from what I've read, he is still popular with the public. How Canadian of you all!!

Chipz, I saw that one last night......is that drunken buffoon claiming he could take Mike Tyson? If so, I'd gladly spend the money and the approximately 14 seconds it would take to see THAT fight. Man, this guy is a mess. Serious, serious drinking problems.
