But for the record, even though the Skins are my team as well.....think about it.
At one point they had a 25 point lead and ended up only winning by 7.
I wasn't too far off.
Had Dallas pulled their socks up a little quicker.....we might have seen a different outcome, just saying.

It's called the prevent defense.
It's also the dumbest coaching tactic of all time. Super Bowls have been lost because of it.
Teams go up big, and then instead of continuing to do defensively what got them there in the first place, they flood coverage to the intermediate and long zones to eliminate big plays.
This of course, leaves no coverage in the short zone and a smart QB will simply pick away the 6 or 7 yards at a time that the defense is handing him on a silver platter.
The next thing you know the game isn't a blowout any more.
