Try taking the ideological blinkers off and you might see the political pendulum swinging back, quickly, to the left. To anyone who watches American politics closely, this should come as no surprise. What is somewhat worrisome is the speed and scope of the swings over the past 5 years. It indicates a very unstable electorate, thus, a very unstable nation. Not good.
