Was just checking where the hypocrisy meter was pointing!
Now we have demonstrable evidence that if you try to lead from behind, eventually the guys up front will stop looking back for instructions.

Is this an assumption on your part? If you know something and it is illegal tell the IRS!

Looks like old Mittens has done it again.......
First, he has Price Waterhouse claim only half of his charitable deduction, so he couldn't come off as a liar saying he never paid less than 13% of his income in taxes. Now, mind you, he has 3 years to amend the return and get that 14% down to 9.2%, but, it gets even better. Turns out, in an ABC interview, he stated flatly that if he paid MORE taxes than the legal amount due, he doesn't DESERVE to be President. Ooops!

Brings to mind a round-table discussion the other night, when one person was asked how Obama should respond to Romney's self inflicted wounds,"just don't do anything to stop Mitt from talking".

I'm sure it is a guess on Buzz' part, but, it is HIGHLY likely, from several sources. Nothing illegal in the least, just a moral choice many wealthy folks face. Do you go for maximum greed and offshore your investments into foreign trusts, or just keep the money in the country that gave you the opportunity to make it? It would be nice if Congress tightened the laws in this regard, but they haven't, so Caymans and other spots are still very much legal.

I am not understanding what the big deal is about Romney's taxes. Do you think he is doing something illegal? Do you think he should pay more than he is legally responsible for? I will bet that most if not all Americans do anything that they can to pay the lowest tax they can with out breaking the law (and a lot will even break laws).

Lets talk about that for a minute. I do see your point and it is valid. Now lets look at his opponent. Obama's lack of moral fiber is quit telling! Does that bother you at all? I would like for you to read this piece http://www.meforum.org/pipes/11952/obam ... -childhood. I have not had a chance to fully check out the author but I do know he is right leaning so I hope that you don't just dis it all because of that (I know, wishful thinking). Anyway I ran across the web site reading up on the going ons of the Middle East. Just comparing some "moral choice".
