This is what you "Democrats" want, authoritarian Communist rule. Marxism.

Dictatorship of the haters in your case.

I'd ask you to explain if I thought, for one second, you had the first clue what any of that means....

It is you that is irrecoverably simple and can never understand.
Worse you are so ARROGANT you think of us as so stupid that we believe you.

no, he can enforce or change regulation under the law.
No poke in the eye intended.
You mean?
Obama can ignore the law and or regulate it? Anyway he wants?
Ain't this America? or should we just change the name?

Again, I find it startling that Obama and his wonderful "trustworthy" administration have now suddenly become "credible"....in the remaining 8 days. Everyone of them lied, you know it. Now, you're saying, that, they're not saying and non-defined relief is right around the corner. You are joking? Right?

If you're not joking? As a friend, I'm sayin', there's a hiney hanging headed yer way....and I hope yer "Go Bag" is packed.

as it has always stood, the Government, at Federal and State level has a ton of regulatory control over insurance. He likely can exert that, in concert with the State Commissioners, to grandfather policies.

Funny how I've heard, well before the fact, how this law is going to fail us, kill us, bankrupt us, etc. It will do none of that, and unless it is replaced by cradle to grave Medicare(which I suspect will be a Clinton platform item), it will hang around as long as Medicare has, and be just as popular. It has already provided a lot of folks insurance who never had any, gotten a ton of middle aged people insurance who would have been denied, prevented cancellation of policies for families with children suffering severe medical issues, ensured that women get full coverage for routine womens health care and provided a mechanism to restrain price increases on policies that wasn't available before. Literally tens of millions of your fellow citizens have benefitted already. The rest eventually will, and then, the silence will be deafening and amusing, all at once.

It will never happen.
The only solution is to nationalize health care.
Democare is an abortion at best, and an embarrassment for sure.

Let's see?

You folks had three plus years and two 1/2 months to get the ball rolling...and it ain't, except for the unknown few, who I don't see being interviewed by anybody. Those that have? Complain about being "raped" financially. The biggest talk today is about the "fraudulent" O-care "navigators" and the accusation is that they are knowingly and intentionally signing up folks for plans and subsidies that they are not qualified for and or availability.

You say that this "sow's ear" will be a "silk purse" in 18 months?
I say, Obama will be damn lucky? If'n he ain't out on his ass in 14 months...

You keep alluding to some unknown fact/right/law/authority that Obama supposedly has and the cooperation he will mandate/compel from the insurance companies to do something illegal to force them to cover/up his "mistake" before the end of the year. Well, I ain't gonna laugh at ya about it....I'm just curious why you ain't concerned about it? It's only about 5.5 million folks and the "magic wand".

In case yer still in denial?
Everybody is on "round" three....
