gotta admit, it seemed off when I typed it. Sadly, I have been subjected to him a bit. Every so often, I tune in on purpose when I want to check if Conservatives are living in an alternate universe. He never fails me.

yet, mysteriously, we have higher salaries, better healthcare, more folks with education, far more members of the top 2% in terms of affluence. Please, don't delude yourself. Don't get me wrong, I love the Old South. But, that means, to me, Virginia, the Carolinas, Alabama,
Missisippi and Louisiana. Texas likes to think itself 'southern' but it lacks the intelligence, culture, charm or wit.
