Rumor is this was a NFL sting.
They knew the balls are inflated in a room heated to 70 degrees F.
So, if the Pat's inflated them to the low limit they would be illegal
in the cold air at game time.
No shit Sherlock......
NFL are the bad guys here. the rules need to be changed to
read XXX psi at game kick off temprature, or XXX psi at 68 degrees.
68 degrees is an inspection standard in industry.
