how so? Do you even read your own board? Seriously, this was as close to as good as it gets. Wait 'til HH gets free from his strait-jacket and rambles about communists, with a load of profanities.

TMI. ;) For the record, I've managed 59 years on Earth with two marriages, but ZERO restraining orders against me, ever. So, I have no knowledge, but suspect yours doesn't mandate a mental health professional to be present when you visit your kids.

Can't wait for Nappy to chime in.
If memory serves, he once said in here that he's had 5 or 6 wives.

I absolutely agree with you.
A standard restraining order will not stop a freak asshole. That's a given.
But a protective order will not stop a freak asshole either. That's a given.
This isn't about what type of order was in place, this is about what happened.
I asked Pud why he bolded one and not the other because I surmise that he thought one served his purpose and the other didn't. He has a bit of a history of doing that in case you hadn't noticed.
Any order that was in place was meaningless in this instance. Yet Pud bolded one and not the other. That's why I asked.
Pud just didn't understand.
You don't understand R_D and yet you still posted....anyway. Which all goes to yer past pattern of stupidity, here.
Here's ya a further explain.... Those two orders were issued in Utah, not Texas, meaning they have no validity here in Texas.

A civil order can only be enforced by civil authorities. A criminal order by criminal authorities. That's how it applies in Texas and I have no idea how they do those things in Utah. However, this ain't Utah. Further, it seems apparent that the lady and family in question left/fled Utah to get away from the asshole. No orders are known to have been filed in Texas. The asshole was recently residing in his home state of Utah...then came to Texas and wiped his family out. Now do you get it? All of this "order" shit had nothing to do with what happened in Texas.

Now on the "bolded" thingy? Neither were applicable to the events in Texas. You pretend to know the difference between the "orders" made in Utah and yet you don't know that they don't apply in Texas. Your feigned butt hurt impresses me...not.

What should have gotten your attention was the fact that the original link in this thread was altered/changed and good old honest NBC said nothing. Why would they do that? Simples, for the very reasons/things I pointed out when I quoted it, made it look stupid silly and misleading. It's pretty obvious to me and others...you just wanna hear, what ya wanna here and don't give a damn about the truth.

Hell going a dab further...in another thread you didn't even know the name of Hillary's book and yet you made comments....funnier still? Ya didn't even get that I made ya look like a fool there. Have Slick explain it to you. ;)
