A 'good' Socialist Progressive would tell ya that.."It's the Law".
Not giving one damn...about another's legal rights to their property or common sense.
They'd tell ya it's ok to "steal" if ya can twist/bend/lie to fabricate a circumstance....where the "Law" might/could apply?
Then......refer ya to the court system....where you'll undoubtedly bankrupt yerself, whilst, legally fighting for justice....and?
If ya prevail? You won't....cuz them Socialist Progressives are gonna take it up the next rung of our legal system ladder...meaning a higher court...it's a process that the Socialist Progressives have dishonestly/illegally fomented on honest folk to circumvent the commons sense aspect/intent of the law. Sometimes/often it works and best of all? You, the defendant/taxpayer are paying their salaries/court and legal costs all the while, you're paying yer own. Now, having said that above...it gets better or worse depending on which side of the issue yer on? Fer example, if the government loses their case against you? Well ya could recover yer property, if'n ya can still afford it? You might collect some "damages" money from yer fellow taxpayers? And, those responsible for this "butt hosing boondoggle"? Well they've been out of elected office fer years and have immunity. Life's grand....under the Socialist Progressive Plan.
What ya saw/read about the rancher in Nevada....was folks sayin' "Hell No"....and then backing it up, by showing up, armed.
What occurred next? Harry Reid and his band of thieves....hauled ass. A very dangerous precedent has now been set. Folks all across America drove their vehicles to Nevada to support that rancher....I believe, they'll do it again. Who knows? Everybody likes Colorado.
