You support ObamaCare and that means you support the provision in it "that mandates" the government to sieze/take the assests of the recently deceased to pay back what was sold to them as an entitlement called ObamaCare. Meaning, the government "pay's" for yer healthcare now....you pay back, when you're dead. Further, meaning the baloney/bullshit you were spreading around four years ago....."people won't have to declare bankruptcy anymore to get out of their medical debts" is total bullshit.
Now, instead of paying a partial settlement to the banks....folks now make a total payment of their assets when they die.

True meaning...is most folks, somewhere around 50 percent or more....won't have shit to pass on to their heirs.

how so? Please, link to the legislation. There is, to my knowledge, NO such provision for seizure of any assets. Nor, can I see any need to do so.
