After (me) living in Va. for five years...them folks are nearly as proud as Texans....

I'm already down in VA pretty regular, and have been my entire life. If you paid attention to how Virginians operate, they are respectful of others opinions, even when they differ. They also give great deference to tradition and family. Since we go back to the Jamestown era and tend to give back a lot to the community, I don't think there's too much to worry about on that one. Now, bring in some transplanted Texan loudmouth, and things would be sorted out right proper, I suspect.....

if you're talking about VA, I get along just fine. Tough to be seen as a carpetbagger when the family has been around those parts since 1668. The folks around there have known me since I was in short pants, and still hang out with me.
