as noted by Lindsay Graham, it is not likely that anyone tapped those phones at Trump Tower, but if they did, it would have been ok'd by a Federal Judge, on the basis of sufficient grounds for suspicion of treachery. That would be worse, in a way, than if Trump were BSing.
