I have seen from 10 meters the end of a car chase with 2 cops in civilian clothes & one armed dude.
When they managed to stop the guy's car he came out and aimed at one of the cops. The other cop went around the car and tackled him to the ground. No shots fired.
US cops seem to be pussies that would kill about anyone before taking a risk.
