charity is selective, a social safety net is inclusive. I'll gladly choose the latter, and hope both stay active.

Why?
That "social safety net"...ain't all that inclusive, all the time.

Thanx for pointing that out. It surely makes a case for "Voter I.D." laws, don't it. ;)
Everybody gets their D. license or State I.D. card, bar code scanned...run it through a
data base, already established and step back....get ready to file charges.

Here comes the fun part? :)
For the military or them others who need to vote through the mail?
All must supply their D.L. #s, I.D. card #s or Military I.D. #s.
Easy ain't it...Numbers nearly as easy as the bar code thingy ;)
