Yup, Bush 'had' a SOFA with Iraq, it expired when he left office. It was for Obama to renew,he didn't. Bush had nothing to do with Obama's abysmal failure to play ball or the subsequent fumble of said ball or today's events. Obama has had seven years to fix the 'problems' there. He has done nothing, but play pattie-cake with terrorists.
